Faith in Action Alabama’s Phenix City Hub is spearheading a campaign to establish Russell County Public Defender’s Office to ensure indigent defendants in Russell County receive high quality legal representation. The Hub has held a series of research meetings with key stakeholders and convened a community-wide event to build support for creating a Russell County Public Defender’s Office.
